Here is what we are doing before each appointment:

• Disinfecting all surfaces

• Cleaning and disinfecting all tools and equipment

• No-contact temperature check of all patients

• COVID-19 Checklist to prevent contact exposure

 

During your appointment:

​

• Masks are optional in the treatment room, but we ask that you keep yours on in the lobby and common areas

• Please inform us if you are  experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms before your appointment

• Let us know if you are awaiting COVID-19 test results or have received a positive test

• Tell us if you have had any potential exposure or contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19

 

If any of these reasons prevent you from attending your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment at your convenience and at no cost to you.
